Meet Swati

I'm Swati, a problem solver who comes alive when solving diverse problems with passionate people.

 

My background is a mix of creative and analytical disciplines. I studied English Literature and Psychology but discovered my love for data-driven insights while working as a search engine marketer at Google. After three years, I moved to Singapore to work as a Digital Marketing leader at Mindshare, where I managed millions of dollars in ad spend and navigated the emerging mobile marketing landscape.

 

I then built a Data Management Platform for P&G Asia at a Seattle-based startup before moving to Facebook ( now Meta) where I led enterprise sales for the B2B ad-serving platform Atlas before becoming the Product Marketing lead for E-commerce and Travel advertisers across Asia Pacific.

 

My passion for product management led me to join Lazada (Alibaba) as the Executive Vice President of Product, where I drove monetisation strategy and product management for Lazada Sponsored Solutions. This was truly a unique zero to scale journey where I hired an entire team, built this product from the ground up and scaled it to generate millions of dollars in revenue within two years.

 

From there, I continued to build products as Chief Product  & Growth Officer at a market-leading IoT startup, all while mentoring startup founders and discovering the need for fractional executive support in Product, Growth, and People Management as I had conversations with various leaders. As I joined the advisory boards of seed stage companies and had deeper conversations, I learned how much having a seasoned senior person on their teams could help them with the momentum they need. 

 

That's how Growthful was born. As a fractional hands-on executive, I work with startups to help them solve their Product Management, Go-To-Market, and Performance challenges. I bring deep expertise in Product, Growth, and People management to startups to drive outcomes with a bias-for-action and urgency.
